Support Dashboard Overview
The Support Dashboard is your home page after logging into the admin panel. It provides a quick overview of ticket status and SLA compliance.
Statistic Cards
The dashboard displays four main statistics:

|---|---|
| New | Tickets awaiting pickup — require your attention |
| In Progress | Active tickets (open, in progress, waiting, escalated) |
| Resolved | Tickets with delivered solution or closed |
| Total | Total number of tickets in your brand |
Clicking a card takes you directly to a filtered ticket list.
SLA Overview
Color indicators for SLA status on tickets:
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🟢 On track | Compliance within SLA limit |
| 🟡 Warning | Approaching SLA limit — prioritize |
| 🔴 Breached | SLA limit exceeded — requires immediate action |
Quick Actions
From the dashboard, you can quickly access unassigned tickets, tickets with SLA warnings, or create a new ticket.
Tip: The dashboard refreshes automatically — prioritize tickets by SLA indicators. First handle tickets with 🔴 and 🟡 indicators.
