Organization Management
Organizations group customers belonging to a single company or institution. Each organization belongs to one brand and allows you to maintain company data, manage members and send invitations.
Access
In the admin panel, go to Organizations in the Management section.
Creating an Organization
Click + New Organization and fill in the form: brand, name, company ID, tax ID, VAT ID, address, city, postal code, country, email, phone, website and notes.
Automatic Company Lookup
After entering a company ID and selecting a country, click the Lookup button. The system will automatically search for company data from publicly available government registries:

Retrieved data is automatically filled into the form. Existing non-empty values are not overwritten.
Customer Invitations
When editing an organization, you can send email invitations to customers. The invited user will automatically register with the customer role upon accepting the invitation.
Invitations are valid for 7 days. A maximum of 10 invitations can be sent at once.
Organization Members
In the members section, you can see all users assigned to the organization — name, email and role.
Tip: The lookup feature is only available for Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
