Third-Party Providers
Third-party providers allow you to escalate tickets to external organizations or internal brands within the platform.
Types
- External — organization outside the platform, communication via email
- Internal brand — another brand within the platform, direct connection
Creation
Click + New Provider. For external providers, fill in name, contact email and person. For internal, select the target brand from partner brands.
Management
Activate/deactivate providers, set a default provider for the most common escalations.
Tip: Set a default provider for the most common escalations — it saves the support team time for routine escalations.
