Tags are colored labels that the support team adds to tickets for better organization and categorization. On the ticket detail page, you can see them as colored badges.

What Tags Mean

Tags are used for quick identification of a ticket's type or status. Examples of common tags:

Tag Meaning
VIP Priority customer
Bug Confirmed system bug
Awaiting deployment Fix ready, waiting for production deploy
Documentation Requires documentation update

Each tag has its own color for quick visual identification.

Where You See Tags

  • Ticket detail — below the ticket information
  • Ticket list — as colored badges next to tickets

Who Manages Tags

Tags are added and removed by the support team. As a customer, you cannot add or change tags — they primarily serve the support team's internal organization.

Tip: If you see a tag you don't understand, feel free to ask about it in a ticket comment.
