Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is your home page after logging in. It displays an overview of your tickets and provides quick access to the most important features.
Statistic Cards
At the top of the page, you will find four summary cards with your ticket statistics:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| New | Number of tickets awaiting pickup |
| In Progress | Tickets being actively worked on (open, in progress, waiting, escalated) |
| Resolved | Tickets with a delivered solution or definitively closed |
| Total | Total number of all your tickets |
Clicking a card takes you directly to a filtered ticket list.
Recent Tickets
Below the cards, you will find a list of your most recent tickets with information about status, priority, and the date of last activity.
Service Notices
If an administrator has published a service notice (planned outage, incident), it will appear as a colored banner at the top of the page.
Quick Actions
From the dashboard, you can with a single click:
- Create a new ticket — quick access to the form
- View all tickets — go to the complete list
- Open Knowledge Base — search for answers to common questions
Tip: The dashboard refreshes automatically — you always see up-to-date data without needing to manually reload the page.
