AI Assistant — Overview
The AI Assistant is an intelligent chatbot integrated directly into the portal. It answers your questions based on the knowledge base and helps with tickets.
Where to Find the AI Assistant
The AI Assistant appears as a floating button in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Click it to open the chat window.
What the AI Assistant Can Do
- Search the knowledge base — finds relevant articles and guides
- Ticket information — shows status, priority, assignee, and comments of your tickets
- Ticket list — lists your tickets with filters (status, priority)
- Create a ticket — helps you create a new request
- Add a comment — adds a comment to an existing ticket
How to Use the AI Assistant
- Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner
- Type your question or request
- The AI Assistant will search for relevant information and respond
- Responses include sources — clickable links to KB articles
Important Information
- The AI Assistant answers exclusively based on the knowledge base — it does not make up information
- If it cannot find an answer to your question, it will tell you directly
- Responses may contain links to tickets and articles — click them for details
- Conversations are saved — when you reopen the chat, you'll see previous messages
Terms of Service Consent
When you first use the AI Assistant, the system will ask for your consent to the AI service terms. You can read the terms anytime by clicking the ⓘ icon in the chat header. You can revoke consent in your profile settings.
Tip: For a quick answer, be specific — instead of "help" try "how do I create a new ticket".
