What you will find here

  • Dashboard — overview of your tickets and their statuses
  • Profile — account and notification settings

First steps

  1. After logging in, your Dashboard with a ticket overview is displayed
  2. To create a new request, click New Ticket
  3. To search for an answer, go to Knowledge Base
