Brand Management

Brand management is available exclusively for the super admin role. A brand represents a separate customer (tenant) within the platform.
Access
In the admin panel, go to Brands in the Administration section.
Creating a Brand
Fill in code, name, domain, support email, colors, logo and modules. Each brand has configurable modules (Helpdesk, Maintenance, Devices, IoT Integration, External Solvers, MTTR Dashboard, API Access).
Switching Brands
As super admin, you can switch between brands using the selector in the top bar of the admin panel.
Important: Module changes take effect immediately — deactivating a module hides the corresponding menu sections.
